Bulk Gas and Special Gas System

We provide engineering services for various high purity special gas systems commonly used for wafer process, from gas sources (cylinders, ASU, generator) to gas cabinets and transported through pipeline systems to the final gas consumption point.

Deliver inert gases or non corrosive, toxic and non flammable gases.

Eg. N2, O2, Ar, He, Tetrafluoromethane (CF4), Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), Trifluoromethane Gas (CHF3) and etc.

Deliver corrosive, toxic, or flammable gases, small usage

Configure double tubing or cylinder heater as needed
